Applicable Models

This software is intended for those who are running firmware versions prior to Version *.0.4.9.
Note that installation of the firmware update cannot be undone. Once you install the firmware update, there is no way to restore your projector to its original firmware version.

Important:
Power failure or disconnecting the USB memory device being used for installation while installation is in progress will cause your projector to lose its USB Function. Take care that your projector is operating in a stable environment during installation.

To check your firmware version

While the projector is turned on, connect a USB memory device to it. After a few moments the Viewer screen will appear. Press the projector's [] and [] keys at the same time.
This will cause your current firmware version to appear in the lower left corner of the Viewer screen.

Requirements for Installing This Update on Your projector

To install this firmware update on your projector, you will need to temporarily write it to a USB memory device's root directory (immediately under the drive). Because of this, you will need a USB memory device with at least 32 MB of free space available.
Contact your original retailer or authorized CASIO service center for more information.
