Introduction

Computer display, playback, and editing of Dome View and Full 360° view (requires multi FR200 connection) photos and movies shot with an EX-FR200.
Conversion of Dome View and Full 360° view (requires multi FR200 connection) movies shot with an EX-FR200 to YouTube 360° Video compatible files.
Does not support display, editing, or conversion of photos and movies shot with another (non-EX-FR200) camera.
Does not support display, editing, or conversion of photos and movies shot with the EX-FR200 Super Wide-angle Mode or Panorama Mode.
Operation requires the computer system environments below.

 Macintosh : Mac OS X El Capitan(10.11)/Sierra(10.12)
  At least 300 MB of free space is required on the hard disk for installation.

Software End User Licensing Agreement

CASIO COMPUTER CO., LTD.

Article1 (Grant of License)
1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CASIO hereby grants you the non-exclusive license to use the Software.
1.2 Your license to use the Software shall be limited to a single hardware.
Article 2 (Restrictions)
2.1 You shall not: (i) copy, alter, modify, adapt, translate or export the Software; (ii) upload, transmit or otherwise make the Software available on the web, sell, lend, lease or distribute the Software; and (iii) sublicense or assign any right to use the Software to third parties.
2.2 You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except for the modification of the Software and debugging such modifications for your own use according to the GNU Lesser General Public License.
Article 3 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Any and all intellectual property rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark right, and application for any of the foregoing, with respect to the Software and all rights arising therefrom are and shall remain the property of CASIO and/or CASIO’s licensor.
Article 4 (Warranty and Liability)
4.1 THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND CASIO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF OR RELATED TO NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF RESPONSE.
4.2 IN NO EVENT SHALL CASIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, LOST PROFIT OR LOSS OF DATA, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE EVEN IF CASIO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE.
Article 5 (Term)
5.1 This Agreement shall take effect upon your use of the Software and will remain in force until you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately uninstall and cease to use the Software.
5.2 Articles 3 through 6 shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
6.2 Any dispute arising out of, in relation to or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court of Japan.
