Why won't some JPEG and/or BMP files display with Viewer.

Viewer does not support play back of files larger than 8MB.
If the file is the required size and still does not play, try using EZ-Converter, EZ-Converter PRO, or some other image conversion software to convert it to a BMP or JPEG format file.
