- Why did I lose the pairing between the printer and my smartphone?

- Re-pairing is necessary in the cases described below.
• After a paired phone is unpaired automatically by pairing of more than eight phones.
• After performing pairing information initialization operation on the MEP-B10 printer.
• After deleting paring information on the smartphone.
• If you keep getting connection errors.*
* With some smartphones, Bluetooth® communication may become unstable or even be lost if the phone battery goes low.
You should be able to use Bluetooth® communication normally after charging the smartphone.
* Do not execute a print operation while printing or data communication is in progress.
