Do I need to pair the printer with another device each time I print?

Once you pair with a device, you normally do not need to perform the pairing again with the same device.
If you experience problems establishing a Bluetooth® connection with a paired smartphone, you will need to perform it with the printer again.

Re-pairing is also necessary in the cases described below.
• After a paired phone is unpaired automatically by pairing of more than eight phones.
• After performing pairing information initialization operation on the MEP-B10 printer.
• After deleting paring information on the smartphone.


* With some smartphones, Bluetooth® communication is automatically disabled whenever battery power goes low.
   After charging the smartphone, re-enable Bluetooth® communication.
* If, after re-enabling Bluetooth® communication you still cannot connect, delete the pairing information from your phone and perform pairing again.
