When things don't go right...

Q4
Why are  movie images out of focus during recording?
A4
1)Focusing may not be possible because the subject is outside the focus range.
   Shoot within the allowable range.
2) Check if the center of the mirror is dirty. If the mirror is dirty, clean it using a blower to blow off dust or foreign matter, and then wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
3) A subject in the background or a moving subject can make AF tracking impossible, causing momentary loss of focus.

NOTE
Do not touch the center of the mirror with your fingers. Finger smudges, dirt, and other foreign matter in the center of the mirror can interfere with proper operation of the camera. Use a blower or other means to keep the lens and flash window free of dirt and dust, and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
 • Use of an eye glass cloth or some other soft cloth is recommended. Do not use wet eye glass paper, liquid cleaner, or other similar cleaners. Doing so creates the risk of liquid getting into the camera.
