REC Mode/Recording Techniques

Q1
Why do straight lines in my images appear to be distorted?
A1
Lens characteristics can cause warping or other distortion in recorded images under certain conditions. This is due to the effects of lens distortion and perspective, and does not indicate malfunction of the camera. Lens distortion tends to be more pronounced when the camera is closer to or an angle the subject.
