Q16
Why are there stripes in my images?
A16
The CMOS characteristics of the camera's imaging element are such that stripes in images can be caused by shooting under conditions where fluorescent lighting or a strong light source is present. Banding tends to occur during high-speed continuous shutter and high-speed movie recording, so be sure to check shooting conditions before performing such recording.
