• Communication conditions become bad and connection may not be possible if the camera is too far from the smartphone, computer, or other terminal. If this happens, move the camera closer and try again.
• Connection may have been lost due to interference caused by a nearby microwave oven, cordless phone, or other wireless LAN device. Move the camera away from the device causing the problem.
• Attempting to use a memory card that includes a wireless function can cause interference and abnormal operation.
• The Wi-Fi antenna is located at the bottom of the camera. Make sure it is not covered or blocked by metal, etc.
