- Can images I shoot be stored as RAW or TIFF format data?

- This camera can store images as RAW (DNG*1) image data.
Note, however, that RAW image data can be stored only for snapshots shot with the recording modes below.
• Program Auto
• A(Aperture Priority) mode
• S(Shutter Speed Priority) mode
• M(Manual Exposure) mode
To save RAW image data, select "RAW+JPEG" for the "Image Size" setting on the MENU screen.
An image cannot be saved in TIFF format.
*1 DNG stands for "Digital Negative," which is one type of RAW image data file format created by Adobe Systems Incorporated.
NOTE
• Use of Super Resolution Zoom and digital zoom is not supported when shooting RAW image data.
Use of optical zoom only is supported when shooting RAW image data. The focal distance is 28 to 112mm converted to 35mm format.
