Q13
Can I shoot still images while displaying monitor screen contents on a TV?
A13

Yes. While the BEST SHOT "HDMI TV Output" scene is selected, you can shoot still images with an aspect ratio of 16:9 while viewing monitor screen contents on the screen of a TV connected to the camera with a commercially available HDMI cable.
Use a HDMI cable that with a plug that is compatible with the camera's HDMI micro connector on one end, and a plug that is compatible with your TV's HDMI connector on the other end.

NOTE
• Note the following restrictions that apply while shooting under the conditions described above.
  - The "HDMI TV Output" BEST SHOT scene must be selected.
  - Shooting cannot be performed while charging.
  - Auto Power Off is disabled.
  - Movie shooting is not supported.
  - The camera's monitor screen is blank.
• Make sure that the camera is turned off before plugging in or unplugging the cable.
• The “HDMI Output” setting cannot be changed as long as there is an HDMI cable connection
between the camera and a TV. Disconnect the HDMI cable from the camera to change the
