- Why can't I record movies (FHD, STD)?

- Check for the following.
1. Is the correct dial recording mode selected?
Shooting a movie(FHD, STD) is possible only in the Program Auto, Premium Auto PRO, A, S, or M mode, or when certain BEST SHOT(BS) scenes are selected.With Art Shot movie, the only quality settings available are HD and STD.
2. Is something other than "FHD" or "STD" selected for the movie mode?
Press [DISP] and then select "Information display" or "Information display + Histogram on" for the monitor screen information setting. The currently selected movie mode will be indicated inside the gray boundary that appears in the upper right of the screen.
If the indicated movie mode is not "FHD" or "STD", perform the following procedure to change it.
1. Select Program Auto as the recording mode.
2. Display "MENU".
3. Press the <left> key, use the <up> and <down> keys to select the "REC MENU" tab, and then press
the <right> key.
4. Use the <up> and <down> keys to select "Movie Quality" and then press the <right> key.
5. Use the <up> and <down> keys to select "FHD" or "STD"(Standard), and then press [SET].
