Q19
Why are my flash images out of focus?
A19
This could be due to any of the following reasons.

1) A dirty lens can cause whitish blurring of an image.

2) Light from the flash reflected back from the subject can cause blurring and a feeling that the image is
     out of focus.

3) The Auto Focus system cannot measure distance when shooting in complete darkness, which can cause
images to be out of focus. When AF distance measurement is not possible for some reason, the auto
focus frame will be red or the operation lamp will flash green.
If this happens, try recording using one of the following measures.
      • Change the AF assist lamp to "On"
      • Focus with Manual Focus
        * If Make-up or Face Detection is On, turn it off and then change the focus setting.
