Create folder is a function that creates a folder with a number that is one more than the folder that is currently being used. Files are stored in the new folder with the next image you record. You can use this feature to manage images by storing newly shot images in a different folder.
Procedure
"MENU" 
SETTING Tab Create folder Create folder [SET]
Folders are created in accordance with file system rules (DCF2.0).
You can check folder and file names on the camera's monitor screen.
If you are viewing an image file named CIMG0001 located in a folder named 100CASIO, 100-0001 will be displayed in the upper right corner of the monitor screen.
NOTE
• You cannot specify a folder when saving an image.
• Moving images between folders is not supported.
• Create folder cannot be used with some BEST SHOT scenes.
