What is the difference between Optical Anti Shake and High Speed Anti Shake?

Optical Anti Shake performs optical anti shake correction for camera movement by shifting the CMOS sensor. With High Speed Anti Shake, on the other hand, pressing the shutter button records multiple images, which are then combined automatically in a way that corrects for camera movement.
This means you can shoot with minimal image blur due to camera movement, even when shooting conditions are too dark to use CMOS Shift Stabilization or when the zoom factor you are using is too high to use CMOS Shift Stabilization.
