- How do the various zoom capabilities differ from each other?

- The camera is equipped with various types of zoom: HD Zoom, Super Resolution (SR) Zoom, and digital zoom.
• HD Zoom :
Allows greater zoom capabilities by cutting out a portion of the original image and enlarging it, without deterioration of image quality caused by zooming.
• SR Zoom :
Super resolution zoom expands the zoom ratio in a way that minimizes image deterioration.
• Digital Zoom :
A digital process is used to enlarge the center of the screen image, so zooming causes deterioration of image quality.
With these types of zoom you can shoot images that are up to 7.8X (3M size) normal size.
Except when using some BEST SHOT scenes, HD Zoom, Single SR Zoom, and digital zoom are always enabled.
NOTE
• You can use the procedure below to assign zoom to the selfie pad.
Procedure
1. Enter the REC mode
MENU Selfie Pad Zoom
2. Tap the selfie pad twice.
3. Sliding the selfie pad performs a zoom operation.
- To clear the selfie pad setting, tap it twice again.
