- What should I do if the camera's buttons or the touch panel don't respond or if the camera won't turn off?

First, try removing and then reloading the camera's rechargeable battery. If this does not correct the problem or if the problem tends to reoccur frequently, contact your local Authorized CASIO Service Center.
• To replace the battery, hold down the [OPEN] button as you slide the cover with the EXILIM logo from the camera.
