- The camera may be configured to hide the focus frame by the recording mode or by MENU settings.
Example: Modes and settings that hide the focus frame while the camera is configured with its initial factory default settings.
• Focus mode: PF/Infinity
• Some BS (BEST SHOT) scenes
• Make-up
• HDR Art
• Motion Shutter
• Touch Shutter: ON
The focus frame will appear when required under the camera's current settings.
With certain settings, the focus frame may appear when the shutter button is half pressed.
