Q6
Can I view snapshots and movies I record on a TV?
A6
Yes. But you will need a commercially available HDMI cable to do so.
Use an HDMI cable that with a plug that is compatible with the camera's HDMI micro connector on one end, and a plug that is compatible with your TV's HDMI connector on the other end.

NOTE
• Output to a TV is not supported while the camera is in the REC mode.
• When the camera is connected to a TV for snapshot or movie playback, snapshots or movies can be displayed on the TV screen. The camera's monitor screen will show a remote controller image.
• The following are disabled during HDMI connection.
 - Image Menu display
 - Menu operations (However, slideshow can be played.)
 - Delete
 - Movie editing while a movie is being playback
• Some TVs may not be able to output images and/or audio correctly.
• Connecting the camera to the HDMI connector of another device can damage both the camera and the other device.
Never connect two HDMI output connectors to each other.
• Make sure that the camera is turned off before plugging in or unplugging the cable.
• The HDMI output setting cannot be changed as long as there is an HDMI cable connection between the camera and a TV.
Disconnect the HDMI cable from the camera to change the HDMI output setting.
