- What can I do with the Mirror Mode?

- You can use the procedure below to configure the camera so its monitor screen acts as a mirror.
• Images cannot be recorded while in the Mirror Mode. Mirror Mode image data is not saved in camera memory.
• The Mirror Mode can be entered only while the camera is positioned in portrait (vertical) orientation. It cannot be entered while the camera is in landscape (horizontal) orientation.
Procedure
1. Rotate the monitor screen panel so the screen is facing in the same direction as the lens.
2. On your camera, enter the REC mode and then touch Show Icons.
3. Touch the Mirror icon.
This enters the Mirror Mode.
The operations below are supported while in the Mirror Mode.
Brightness
adjustmentTouch the (+) or (-) button. Horizontal screen
image flipTouch the mirror image button.
・Image flips to show how your face appears to others.Screen image freeze Touch the (PAUSE) button.
・Freezes the image to make it easier to view in detail.Zoom Spread two fingers apart or squeeze then together on the screen to zoom the image.
・Lets you move in on an image for greater detail.Exit the Mirror Mode Touch the (<)(back) button. • Brightness adjustment and horizontal screen image flip cannot be used while the screen image is frozen.
NOTE
• The angle of view in the Mirror Mode is larger than when not in the Mirror Mode.
