Q6
What is the difference between the Auto and On LED light settings?
A6
The camera's initial factory default LED light setting is Off. You can change the setting as desired.

Auto : The LED lights automatically under dark shooting conditions when the shutter button is half-pressed
to focus or full-pressed to shoot.
Since the LED light does not light every time, it is ideal for self-portrait shooting where lighting is dim.
On    : LED always lights when shooting.

NOTE
• Take care to keep the camera still when shooting.
• The LED light may not make it to far-away subjects.
The brightness of the LED light is the same for Auto and On.
• Take care to avoid long-term continued exposure of eyes to light.
Long-term exposure creates the risk of loss of eyesight.
• Do not turn on the LED light near a person’s eyes and do not allow anyone to look directly into the light.
Doing so creates the risk of loss of eyesight.
• Do not allow the light to shine in the eyes of anyone operating a motor vehicle, etc.
Light can interfere with the driver’s vision and create the risk of accident.
• When the LED light operates, the camera automatically adjusts white balance to match the LED light.
Because of this, the white balance level may not be appropriate for subjects not reached by the light or for
   outdoor subjects.
• The Auto setting is not available when using the LED light with EXILIM Remote.
In this case, the only available settings are On and Off.
