- How do the various zoom capabilities differ from each other?

- The camera is equipped with various types of zoom: HD Zoom, Super Resolution (SR) Zoom, and digital zoom.
• HD Zoom : Allows greater zoom capabilities by cutting out a portion of the original image enlarging it. • Super Resolution Zoom : Super resolution zoom expands the zoom ratio in a way that minimizes image deterioration.
There are two types of Super Resolution Zoom: Single SR Zoom and Multi SR Zoom.
Except when using some BEST SHOT scenes, Single SR Zoom is always enabled.• Digital Zoom : Digitally processes the center of the image to enlarge it.
With these types of zoom you can shoot images that are up to 15.9X (VGA size) normal size.
Except when using some BEST SHOT scenes, HD Zoom, Single SR Zoom, and digital zoom are always enabled.
If you want to Shoot with Multi SR Zoom, touch "BS" on the REC mode screen and then select the BEST SHOT
"Multi SR Zoom" scene.
