- What should I do if the camera's buttons or the touch panel don't respond or if the camera won't turn off?

First, use a bundled stylus pen or other thin, pointed object to press the reset button, which is located near the memory card slot. Next, check to see if this restores normal operation. If this does not correct the problem or if the problem tends to reoccur frequently, contact your local Authorized CASIO Service Center.
IMPORTANT!
Do not apply undue force when pressing the reset button.
