- What can I do with Premium Auto?

- Simply half-press the shutter button and the camera instantly starts making decisions about shooting conditions, focus, the subject, lighting and a host of other parameters. Premium Auto then automatically configures settings as required and performs appropriate corrections and compensations.
Note the following important points when using Premium Auto.
• Premium Auto requires more power and runs down the battery somewhat quicker than Auto. • When "On" is selected for the "Review" setting, the message "Processing Premium Auto. Please wait..." will appear on the monitor screen after you shoot an image. • In some cases, Premium Auto may not be able to interpret the shooting environment correctly. If this happens, shoot with standard Auto.
