- Check the following points.
1. Is the file protected?
If there is the image of a key in the top center of the monitor screen when the image is displayed, it means that the image is protected. Unprotect the image and then delete it.

PLAY
[SET] "MENU" [SET] PLAY Tab Protect
Unprotect the individual file or all files.
2. Is file deletion disabled?
If you are unable to delete files using the trash (down) key in the PLAY mode, it means that file deletion is disabled. Re-enable file deletion and then delete the file.
