Q34
Why are there white spots in some of my images when I use the flash?
A34
This is not due to malfunction of the camera. Very small airborne dust particles, which are invisible to the naked eye, may be reflecting the light produced by the flash. This phenomenon is most likely to occur when shooting with a high zoom factor. If you experience this problem, try the following.

 • Use a smaller zoom factor.
 • Change the angle from which you are aiming at the subject.
 • Turn off the flash.
