- How can I enable face detection?

- Perform the following steps to enable face detection.
1. Press [MENU].
2. On the "Quality" tab, select "Off " for "Effect".
3. Press [SET] to display the control panel.
4. Use the <up> and <down> keys to select the Face Detection icon (third from the bottom).
5. Use the <left> and <right> keys to select "ON".
6. Press [SET].
NOTE
• Face detection cannot be used in combination with any of the following features.
- Some BEST SHOT scenes
- Movie Recording
• Face detection cannot be selected on the control panel while Intelligent AF is enabled.
However, face detection is enabled automatically.
